Building leaders who work in fast-paced environments — where the everyday goal is to meet a family's or an individual's need — is my life's mission.

For more than 18 years I've led teams and shaped cultures where leaders rarely get the chance to pause. That experience taught me one thing above all: training alone is not enough. Leaders need a coach in the moment — not just in the workshop.
