See how the system worksWhat your organization gains
Stronger supervisors.
More room for you to lead.
The goal of these 16 weeks is leaders who address conflict, set clear expectations, and respond with confidence, so fewer routine staff issues depend on you.
- Leadership capacity across your team.
- We equip up to 25 leaders to handle hard conversations and follow through. Up to six Leadership Circle members receive deeper coaching to strengthen the leaders they supervise.
- More consistent responses under pressure.
- Leaders practice using shared skills and your organization’s values in real situations, with support in English and Spanish. The aim is sound judgment, including knowing when to involve leadership.
- A clear record of progress.
- Automated impact reports at weeks 4, 8, 12, and 16 give you a record of participation and measured progress. Staff interviews provide feedback on how Leadership Circle members apply their learning.
- Resources that stay with your organization.
- You keep the Equipped Leaders Hub with session recordings, resources, an Impact Dashboard, a Reflection Journal, assessments, and impact reports. Everything stays in one place after our engagement ends.
The pressure you already carry
The conversation gets avoided.
The problem gets bigger.
A supervisor delays a correction. Conflict builds between shifts. The values on the wall do not guide what happens in a tense meeting.
You end up carrying conversations your leaders should be able to handle. Good people get tired of the same unresolved problems, and some leave.
Your team needs a response they can use while the pressure is happening.
Traditional Training vs. KLG
What changes when
support doesn’t stop.

Experience behind the system
18 years in the sector.
About 1,000 staff trained.
The full 16 week system is new. These testimonials describe Dr. Isa’s earlier training and coaching work.
“As a new manager, Isa helped me learn to trust my instincts and use my core values to navigate challenging situations... the best testament to Isa's coaching comes from my supervisee, who, shortly after my coaching concluded, commented on how much she'd noticed my leadership abilities grow.”
“Our school hired Dr. Isa Karabed to host a 6 week leadership training course... the leadership team has learned how to be high level leaders.”

About Dr. Isa
Promoted before
she was prepared.
Dr. Isa was promoted from case manager to supervisor without preparation. She struggled before learning how to lead. That gap between getting the title and knowing what to do is why she built KLG.
Her 18 years in social services span roles from case manager to executive director. She understands the pressure behind a staff correction, an unresolved conflict, and a decision that cannot wait.

Time commitment
Leaders commit 90 minutes per week. KLG handles scheduling, the Equipped Leaders Hub, and reporting.
Leadership Circle members receive confidential 1:1 coaching twice a month.
Who receives 1:1 coaching
Up to six of the cohort’s 25 leaders join the Leadership Circle. We identify them during the assessment, focusing on leaders who supervise other leaders. Their coaching strengthens how they support the rest of the team.
We also interview staff members to assess progress in how these leaders apply the skills.
What stays after 16 weeks
Your organization keeps the Equipped Leaders Hub with recordings, resources, attendance and completion records, reflections, assessments, and impact reports.
Valign includes 16 weeks of access for all 25 leaders. Organizations can continue with an annual subscription afterward.
English and Spanish support
The system equips leaders to use the skills in English or Spanish. Training Companions and Valign provide bilingual support 24/7, so a leader can return to the framework in the language they need.
Confidentiality in individual coaching
Yes, 1:1 coaching is confidential from organizational leadership. The organization sees attendance only, never coaching content.
Private coaching conversations do not appear in organizational reports or shared Hub recordings.
How the four trainings are selected
The assessment identifies where leaders are stuck. Together, we select four trainings that target those gaps. The examples on this page illustrate the cycle. Your organization’s assessment determines the topics.
